Instructions:

1. Download your desired character sets for free from the links below.
2. Using Horizon, replace the 'streamedpeds_players(*,*&*).rpf' with the one in 'xbox360b.rpf\models\cdimages' and remove the '*,*&*' part.​
3. Plug your drive back into your console and launch the game.
4. Enjoy!
